Chamber committees give members an opportunity to develop new skills, explore different interests, and enrich relationships with other Chamber members.

If you or members of your staff would like to get more involved and make a difference, many of our Chamber committees are currently accepting new members:

__  ADVOCACY (Government Affairs)     -    Chair Lori Callahan

Meets at 8:30 AM on the First Thursday Each Month
This group advocates for the Chamber by building relationships with elected officials, organizing voter forums, engaging with local municipalities and addressing issues that impact member businesses and our communities.

__ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM     -    Chair Chris Moroz 
Meets at 9:00 AM on the Third Wednesday Each Month

Business Development Team members work to enhancee business opportunities through member-to-member and chamber-to-community programs.  Their agenda includes business growth, referrals, learning opportunities, and resources development.

__COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT TEAM      -     Chair Michael T. Jones
Meets at 9 AM on the Fourth Tuesday Each Month

This team serves as the Chamber's community outreach and non-profit partnership liaison.  They help foster awareness of the Chamber's non-profit organizations and develop volunteering, philanthropic and non-profit partnerships for the Chamber. They help planning and staffing the Chamber's representation / participation in community festivals and events.

__ DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION TEAM     -   Chair Halley Davis 
Meets at 3 PM on the First Thursday Each Month

This group is working to grow understanding of issues related to DEI within the Chamber and our community, and to increase the diversity of the Chamber membership to more closely mirror our community.
